Sacnum es la presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Asuntos Constitucionales que tiene el tratamiento previo del asunto. \u00abLa reforma trata s\u00f3lo sobre la justicia federal, es decir, que no es la justicia m\u00e1s habitual que suele usar el vecino. Y a grandes rasgos se busca que la justicia federal deje de utilizarse para la pol\u00edtica y el famoso lawfare, de moda en la regi\u00f3n. Quienes dicen que se afecta la independencia del poder judicial le erran porque el mecanismo de designaci\u00f3n de jueces a cargo del Consejo de la Magistratura seguir\u00e1 siendo el mismo que antes\u00bb, coment\u00f3 Balbi al respecto.<\/p>\n

\u00abLas causas en curso no cambian de mano, porque eso afectar\u00eda los principios del derecho m\u00e1s elementales. Por otro lado los sorteos de causas hasta el momento evidenciaron que el asunto es muy poco transparente y se necesita un mayor control e imparcialidad en dichos sorteos. Y por \u00faltimo y en lo que refiere a cuestiones no muy t\u00e9cnicas, con la reforma se lograr\u00e1 una mayor celeridad en cuestiones federales como los juicios previsionales que inician los jubilados, que en muchos casos tardan tanto que es la sucesi\u00f3n la que termina cobrando esos juicios\u00bb, concluy\u00f3 Balbi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
